Frage von StanKiling: Mietvertrag Kündigung per Fax??? Hilfe!!!?
Moin! Ich habe meine wohnung gekündigt und zwar per fax, mein Vermieter hat mir daraufhin ein Brief zugeschickt, ich solle doch bitte die Schrifftliche kündigung vorlegen. Das habe ich noch nicht gemacht. Später habe ich die Kündigung zurückgezogen, da ich die Wohnung doch noch länger brauche als ich dachte. Jetzt sagt er mir aber das die Kündigung per fax rechtskräftig sein soll, und ich solle bitte bis zu 01.12 aus der wohnung ausziehen. Habe bisschen Rechachiert:
§ 568
Form und Inhalt der Kündigung

(1) Die Kündigung des Mietverhältnisses bedarf der schriftlichen Form.

(2) Der Vermieter soll den Mieter auf die Möglichkeit, die Form und die Frist des Widerspruchs nach den §§ 574 bis 574b rechtzeitig hinweisen.

Soll ich ein Anwalt einschalten? Ich meine das die Kündigung per Fax rechtskräftig sein soll kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. Was meint ihr??

Eine Kündigung der Wohnung per Fax ist nicht zulässig, solange das Original dem Vermieter nicht vorliegt.

Frage von linda: zählt eine kündigung auch per fax ?
möchte meine versicherung kündigen,
die letzte kündigung hatte ich per nachnahme-rückschein am letzten kündigungstermin abgesand.

die kündigung ist aber an 2. des darauffolgenden monat angekommen.
dachte es zählt der poststempel.
folglich wurde die kündigung nicht akzeptiert.
jetzt mochte ich die versicherung zusätzlich per fax kündigen,
wer weiss, ob sie dann angenommen werden muss?

Kündige lieber noch einmal schriftlich, aber vor(!) dem Kündigungstermin. Am besten mindestens eine Woche vorher abschicken, noch besser zwei – dann bist du auf der sicheren Seite.

Von der Kündigung per Fax rate ich dir ab, denn die wird im Zweifelsfall leider nicht anerkannt, siehe hier:

The Wagyu Beef Pie looked and smelt the part when it arrived, and tasted pretty good. Still, Wagyu is typically eaten for the marbled fat in the meat which should make it moist, which this, while meltingly tender was not. In fact, it was a little dry. I would have prefered some more gravy.

Since there were three of us, we decided to go for the AUD25 lunch special with entree, main and dessert. The Chicken and Chorizo Terrine was a good starter with moist chunks of lean chicken and hunks of chorizo wrapped a good slightly smoked bacon. The best part was the pockets of savoury jelly outside.

The duck leg confit was a good duck and not too salty, but again, a bit dry. The kipfler potato salad was nice, but I would have prefered then warm with a drizzle of fruity olive oil and garlic.

Once the savouries were out of the way, there was a 10 minute wait while the kitchen prepared our chocolate fondant. This was worth waiting for! Rich chocolate sponge oozing with a chocolate "sauce" from the centre served with a smooth vanilla bean ice cream.

We also had a couple of slices of the Vue de Monde smoked salmon. Nice and fresh and very moist, but not much smokiness.

I think we’ll be back for more… perhaps the Wagyu burger with olive oil fries next time!

Ich halte nichts von faxen via Internet, die kostenlosen Anbieter taugen kaum was, meist voller Werbung und nur reiner Text möglich und die kostenpflichtigen sind zu teuer. Außerdem hat doch (fast) jeder inzwischen eine Telefonflat. Also mal wieder das gute alte analoge Modem rausholen, damit kann man nicht nur ins Internet gehen, sondern auch hervorrasend faxen. Viele haben bestimmt noch so ein analoges Modem im Keller liegen, ansonsten gibt es auf dem Flohmarkt für 5 Euro. Faxsoftware ist bei XP dabei.
